I am a leadership and transformational somatic coach, a leader and a spiritual practitioner. I am on a life long journey of self-discovery started around 5 years ago, that has been allowing me to become a leader, to feel confident and to be more connected with my own body, therefore with myself.

I am passionate about supporting people becoming more kind towards themselves, to understand their own boundaries and to communicate them in a respectful, yet truthful way.

I believe that in the right conditions anyone can transform themselves or their experiences in anything wished.
My mission is to support you to make the change you wish for yourself. Being in your professional or personal life.

You are a leader, let me support you see that.

What do I do?

I support individuals

  • who want to change

  • who believe in kindness

  • to become aware of their power

  • to be self-loving and self-compassionate

  • to develop self-confidence

  • to be more in touch with their body intelligence

  • to be aware of their language and actions

  • to be able to accept what is

  • to become the leader of themselves.

I support leaders

  • who want to create an healthy culture

  • who want to be more inclusive

  • who want to build trust

  • who want to be humans

  • who believe in kindness

  • to become aware of their power, impact and influence

  • to be aware of their language and actions

  • to be more empathic and respectful

  • to be more in touch with their body intelligence

  • to build trust among colleagues and themselves.

Real transformation needs to go through the body and not only the mind.
With kindness, we need to look at ourselves holistically finding balance among all our parts.

When I was a child I used to feel very uncomfortable around disharmony. I used to do all I could to avoid confrontation with others. These fears contributed to my inability to feel and express neither my feelings nor my needs.

When I started my personal development journey, I've realised I tended to be the person other people wanted me to be. In order to be safe and loved, I tended to fit into other people's expectations.

Also, I started to notice I wasn't really able to be angry. Actually, I wasn't really able to feel anger.
I got to the realisation that I unconsciously associated anger to pain and suffering of those I love.

Since 2016 I have been in all sorts of workshops and training such as Tantra Yoga, Radical Honesty, Gestalt, Radical Anger, Conscious Sexuality, Conscious Creators, Contact improvisation, Transformational Coaching, Positive Psychology, Group Coaching, Corporate Coaching, Body-Oriented Coaching and others I can’t even recall the names.

All these perspectives supported me into feeling more comfortable with my own feelings and with my own body. As a consequence, to feel more comfortable with myself and with others.

As of now, I am on a life long learning journey where I am constantly learning about the human mind, about myself, my passions, my own boundaries, my spirituality and I am supporting others in such discoveries through coaching.
